Conduct: customers must follow reasonable instructions and local laws. Service may be refused without refund for unsafe or disruptive behavior.
Intellectual property: Site content belongs to us or licensors and may not be copied without permission.
Liability: to the extent permitted by law, our liability for indirect or consequential losses is excluded; for direct losses it is limited to the amount paid for the relevant booking. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
